i just recently stop drinking coffee..though daghan syag antioxidants, daghan pud syag side effects.. energetic ka for a moments which cuts your body sugar faster, so after a few hours..luya na daun ka, and mag lag na daun akong utok kay nahutdan nag sugar..
aside from that, magpalpitate ka sa kape nya dali raka makurata..hehehe

I drink both but tea is so much better. if you need the caffeine fix, you can go for black teas such as earl grey or english breakfast teas.![]()

coffee has its own benefits, as well as tea. i prefer coffee only in the morning when I need to cure my sleepiness in the whole afternoon. tea all the time if possible.
my question is, which brand of tea is good? kay the more nindot ang quality, magkamahal man pud.lipton ra ang madalidali ug inom. haha
i like both... but tea is a bit healthier... but i don't drink plain tea, i gotta add some milk and honey. and i prefer japanese green tea.
coffee has some health benefits also, according to some studies.
