    Default Alternative to Paypal..

As of now Paypal have no option to transfer funds from your local bank to Paypal. Here's an alternative:

    www.moneybookers.com

You can transfer funds via your local bank or your credit card or your ATM card with Visa Electron on it. You need to activate the ATM first before you can use it by going to your designated bank. I think ATM with Mastercard Electronics can be used also.

Safe ni siya bai. I tried using it when I buy a webhosting account at www.vodahost.com.....Some online establishments have moneybookers as a way of payment so it means safe ni siya. Nindot ni kung wala jud kay CreditCard or Paypal. Basta naa lang kay Savings account or ATM with Visa Electron or Mastercard Electronics pwede naka ka transfer.

You can withdraw tol using EON card(which is offered in Union Bank for a price of P350) pero dili ka pwde ka transfer ug funds from your local bank to your Paypal account as of now. Safe ang Paypal tol just make sure ang imo password are not purely A-Z or 1-9......mixed it with other ASCII characters like !@#$%^&*(make it 10 characters long).....Even if naay mga brute forcers or password extractors ron, they need 10 years or more to crack your password basta 10-characters long with a mixed of special characters.

Password raman jud ang bantayan sa Paypal. Kay kung dili ka magmatngon tol sayon ra kaayo na ihack ang imo Paypal(using obvious/crackable passwords). All they need is a password because they know naman your email add.

Naa silay fee basta ikaw ang receiver sa money between a Paypal and a Paypal account. Pero kung ni buy ka walay fee.Kung gusto ka kibalo pila ka percent ila kuhaon adto sa ila site tol naa didto ang deductions.
