The famous Cansi of Bacolod will finally be available in Cebu.
We will be opening our first Cebu store next month April 25 at Rosedale Place in Talamban just beside USC-TC. We are inviting everyone to taste and experience the best of what Bacolod has to offer.
We will be serving small, medium and large Cansi in order to accommodate everyone at a student friendly price.
Cansi is a traditional Ilonggo dish which is a comfort food especially for those away from home. Nothing beats the rainy day blues than a piping hot bowl of cansi (or kansi). Cansi is the Ilonggo’s version of bulalo or boiled bone-in beef shank which come with the customary cardiac delight bone marrow or utok in Hiligaynon.
