If you are looking for party venue or birthday venue in Minglanilla. I recommends Precious Tea House located in the corner of Lipata and kingswood subdivision. It is 2nd floor with max of 15 persons but another space outside. The venue is fully aircon with sound system perfect for small party. The venue offers free use of location for a minimum of 3000 consumable.
