Help: Unsaon pag lock sa phone nga gikawat? (Moto C651) thanks.

Galagot jud ko sa kawatan. I have the phone box with me, it has IMEI, but I lost na the serial number and the receipt. Please help, anyone.

I think IMEI ra man ang needed. Just go to your network provider and report the incident.

NTC lang. bring the box with you...

ang problem is, they can lock it from the network and even sa NTC pero the IMEI can be easily changed using a software...so lisud gihapon...Ginoo na lang jud bahala atong nagkawat...

mao2x... motorola to imong fone sah? i lost my moto fone to a holdupper last month pero nag ngisi ko sa thought nga "phone lock enabled" to. siguro kung kinsay naay fones nga naay phone lock feature, i enable nalang na nato daan. katong akoa, except kung matagna niya ang password (which is a difficult combi i believe), mapahimuslan pa to niya. kung dili, mirisi.
