what do you mean compatible bro? you mean both of them are related somehow?

it really depends if mao jud na ang situation.. if you're going to marry one of your kins depende ra pud na how far down ang relation nimo sa imong husband or wife.. let's say cousins to cousins.. if 3rd degree na na (either thru consanguinity or affinity) then I think it's ok already. I mean, correct me if i'm wrong though, I think the new Family Code has been revised already to adhere kinship marriage (up to the 3rd degree lang sad nuon)

To answer your queston directly, some would say that there would be some mental or physiological and physical 'defects' that would come outright if you're going to marry thru bloodties.

Medical and scientific practitioners would point out that because you and your kin have the same bloodlines then you both share the same XYZ chromosomes, so therefore, whatever physical or hematological anomalies on both of your bloods cannot be dissolved out because you practically share the same genial blood. With marrying outside your kin, those physical and genetical impurities would be dissolved right there and then because your XYZ chromosomes would be mixed would other chromosomes different from your lineage.
