i am a fine arts student from the university of san carlos... i am currently looking for an apartment/house for rent that has at least 3 bedrooms, (of course) a bathroom and a kitchen... me and my 2 or 3 other "kababayans" will be staying at the place... we prefer somewhere near USC TC since we are all currently studying at the same school... we would also like a peaceful and safe place...
budget range is 8k-10k a month...
safety and security are our number one concern since my current boarding house have been a victim of burglary several times; we will also be having 2 or 3 PCs at the place for school purposes and we would not want any of these stolen...
access to internet connection and/or cable connection is also important since i am also a freelance artist and am constantly accessing the internet.
i would also like a place that i could personalize/modify/renovate (like repainting the interior/wall mounting some cabinets and LCD monitors etc...). but if it is not allowed, it would be completely fine.
