Noob here need Help

Greetings..I am a newbie when it comes to car set up i currently own a toyota Wigo E and I want to upgrade my Sound system my problem is i have a very limited knowledge any suggestion guys? i need a set up that is more on indoor more quality and clear sound since the factory speaker sounds more crappy.
i went on one of the car store here in Cebu and i ask for an advice and quotation for a set up currently they gave me these brands

AVT 8" (Under the Seat Sub)
Infinity Speaker 6500CX (For front speaker) (I'm Planning to transfer the front stock speaker to the back since it has a slot)
Amp Sound Magus VS90.4

So What do you think guys are these brands worth it?? any suggestion guys thank you!!!
oh and by the way this set up could cost me around 23k..so should i go for it or not tnx
