Any Ideas Pila ang Rental Fee if Murent ug Commercial Space sa IT PARK?

(Hi pls lang ko ug move ani mods if wa ni na-belong ani nga forum im not sure man gud where to start this one...)

Anyways kinsay nay idea kung pila ang monthly/yearly rental rate/ rate per sqm nila dira for commercial spaces sa it park..(like coffeeshops/restaurants etc)? Pls nya ko share or kindly refer kung kinsay ma-storya nato parti ani ky interesado man gud ako uncle mukuha ug space dira..Pila kaha? Pls ko share...

not sure, sure but I had a friend saying ang usa ka floor sa one of the i buildings would cost about 500k/ month. not really validated.. hmmm
