*Operational Trainer - 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
*Training Manager - 3- 5 solid years related experience in training (product) management is required
* Customer Service Representative with Sign On Bonus - must have at least 9 months of call center experience.
* Customer Service Representative w/o Sign on Bonus - must have at least 6 months
* Quality Supervisor - 5 plus years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment
- Moderate Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
* Assistant Manager for HIX - 5 plus years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1 plus year of experience as a supervisor
* Assistant Manager for UMR - 5 plus years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1 plus year of experience as a supervisor
* Workforce Supervisor - must have Knowledge in WF and People Management
* Data Entry Representative - Preferably with encoding or medical transcriptionist background.
- Preferably with experience in an open call center setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Above average typing skills and accuracy
- Good email communication skills
