If via plane, cost of transport will depend on the size (volume) of cage or total weight of cage and dog, whichever is higher. I suggest you use the right size and type of cage for your dog so you could minimize your expense. If you'll fly with your dog, I suggest PAL since you can have it as checked-in together with your other baggages unlike Cebu Pacific wherein you still need to bring your dog to their cargo center and get it back from the cargo center of destination (hassle kaayo). But, if you'll just have it ship alone, ok ra ang Cebu Pacific, lesser pa ang Rate Per Kg. Btw, you should have the transport permit + quarantine for your dog as requirement...

my brothers 2 months pitbull puppy with a cage around 1.5 ft LxW... 500 ra ang charge... niya atong last almost 5 months na pitbull 2 ft LxW ang cage kay 1k ra sa cebu pacific... so katong shi tzu na 2k plus shipping charge mahal ra kaayo to... barato raman sa cebu pacific...

quarantine office by boat naa dapit sa pier 2 sa cebu. sa manila naa mismo sa pier kon asa imo sakyan naa sila usually desk there in manila.

if by plane, sa mactan airport right side gilid.
sa manila, old domestic airport.

donation ra na pero tag p100 ako tig hatag para wala na kuti kuti.

required for a dog 4 months and above is anti rabies shots.
some strict nga 3months dapat naa na anti rabies. mao better have the puppy get its quarantine the day before kay usually 3 days man duration sa quarantine permit. some 7 days(via boat).

for adult, dapat yearly updated ang anti rabies. the health card or vaccination record of the dog is the proof of shots to be shown to the quarantine staff. no need to bring your dog ni person.
