i think it is good to start this series of threads so we can share personal experiences and educate our fellow istoryans. we already hav working in singapore, working in japan...add ko working in kuwait.
there are many pinoys ug pinays didto sa kuwait. daghan pud bisaya. sikat nga tambayan sa city are the utc complex, souk al watya kay daghan jewelry stores ug remittance shops, ug naay catholic church pud.
kuwait is more open than saudi based on what i heard from other ofws.
tip: if u have a car, never hav a lady passenger nga dili nimo asawa kay automatic deport gyud kung ma trippingan ka sa checkpoint. except when you are with the US military kay the local police will not touch you.
