What will happen if Nokia decides to close next year?

Analyst have said if Nokia screws up WP7 next year, there might not be a Nokia on 2013.

What do you guys think if Nokia goes bankrupt?

WP7 is a closed system, I doubt Nokia can screw it up as much as MS would. I still see nokia even upto 2015 but I wish they'ed by gone by 2012. Relics need to die and Nokia is such a relic.

but removing one competitor out of the market will make innovation slow but i wished Nokia would adopt andriod... Symbian seems to be dying...

Symbian as an OS is already out of Innovation, Nokia has a handset maker is also fresh out of idea's. I honestly believe Nokia leaving the market would not impact anything that much.. probably the impact would be felt by Samsung since they've been supplying nokia their modern day screens.

Do take note, MS invested billions in Nokia, MS does not see nokia falling that soon, not when they are the Tier 1 WP7 manufacturer, MS is gonna make sure of that.
