Arrow Drum And Bugle Corps in Cebu Province Instrumentalists and Members: Thread

This thread are for the musicians around Cebu Province particularly Drum and Bugle (Drum-cor) members from schools, universities, and also to organizational corps. or commercial drum-cor musicians. However, I am still looking forward for other members outside Cebu to post on this thread.

My main purpose for posting this thread is to discuss our interest as Drum Cor members, as musicians, our passion in each instrument, and also conflicts towards other group.

To those groups who would like to discuss their conflicts with other groups, we encourage you to settle your conflicts here so that others can also share,
and please avoid using foul language at all times, please be reminded that we are also public figures as a whole because we hang our banners carrying the name of our organization or school and display ourselves during events and performance.
Please post your statements maturely and accordingly.

I also belong to one group here in Lapu lapu City, and I encourage each one of you to share on this thread and hopefully each of us could help in developing a more harmonious relationship with others since we share the same interests as musicians.

BY the way guys I belong to VISION drum and bugle corps here in Lapu lapu City. Inactive member lang ko at the moment because I am a graduating Student hopefully. But I always miss the fun together with my Brothers especially during large festivals like SINULOG. I could say that drumcor members are one of the most adventurous people because we travel to remote areas where there are celebrations, and during performance we walk along the street during parades. And traditionally "gubat" dayon with other group, lingaw sad, basta wla lay gubot.

ahhh so drummer ka ug band karon bro?? nindut sad na.. Generally music minded sad ang mga members sa Drum corps, akong mga kauban pag high school before kai mu play nsad sila ug tribal music and mu perform pus sila sa SINULOG, jamming ra ba kaayo ug beat, ang uban sad nag banda nah, bilib sad ko nila kai naa jud sila passion basta about musical instruments. Ang uban sad, gi-dedicate nlng nila ilang talent sa drum corps gihapon pero hanas najud kaayo, most of them are instructors nah.

toinx...sayon ra man bai...pero mas complicated jd tuod ang drumset than being in a drum corp....but for my case, being a former drum corp snarer was a great help in transistioning to the set...
