ako nitambok ko for 1 whole semester using centrum kay mora ko sige gigutom (as in 5 full meals a day jd ko)...
however, being fat didn't work too well for me. so, i stopped taking it. did diet and exercise para fit.

ok raman bai bisan unsa nga vitamins as long as maka uyon imung lawas. sakto lang tulog, unya kaon gyud plus exercise, mutambok gyud ka. unya alsa weights gamay, daog gyud!!! awa ko....(suroy nya ko inyo bai LionHeart)
maoba ba bai Uzumaki...k maintain na lagi vitamins ang get some enough rest para mutambok najud ko!!!hehee

if gusto ka patambok bai, pahuway insakto, 8 hours a day
eat every 3 hours with lots of carbohydrates like rice, potato, etc
then if mag-exercise or mag sports ka, eat right after and if you can get some dextrose, include it in your post exercise diet

PROPAN with IRON..tag 20+ ang usa..once a day..

yah.. propan... lami pud kaayo na ikatulog...
pag college nako tikling pud kaau ko... naa pa lain patambok ay... beer sagoli ug coke den inoma after lunch den tulog after... hehehe
