Is it a good bank, is the cash card service fast when purchasing things online, and are they satisfiable to costumers?

Expectations will fall short if you have no cash in your account. Other than that, BDO will "find ways" to satisfy your needs.

What do you mean. I'm on about the prepaid card, not the other types...
