Are Track Cars required to be registered at the LTO?

Just wondering lang, are Track Cars (cars used for the sole purpose of Autocross, Rallycross, Circuit) required to be registered at the LTO even if it does not roam the public streets?

yes and no.
YES-kung imu ikarga sa barko imu sakyanan pangitaan ka ug rehistro.
NO-kung imung ikarga imung car padulong sa venue d na kinahanglan rehistro,pero ug imung padaganon padung sa venue,kinahanglan na rehistro
