    it is here to stay

    there is no other country as affordable as the philippines

    with an english pool of workers


    unless the english proficiency deteriorates then we are history again........

    actually india is cheaper. a lot cheaper than philippines. hence the reason why india is our biggest competitor
    but companies are choosing phils because of the better english as well as better customer service. not to mention better food and town when they go on-site

    korek!! aniways bsan unsaon dli gyud na ka gukod ang china natu when it comes to the call center biz... email support cguro pwede cla.. but voice.. NEVER!.. no other country in the world na cheap ang labor.. den maau mo english.. sa accent plang daan dli na cla kalupig.. one thing s for sure the call center biz is here to stay.. unless ma pobre ang US..

    dli man cheap bro..coz f moingon ka ug cheap bati man ang quality..
    i would say they do have value for their money f mo nvest cla sa philippines..
    sulit man ang ila pag outsource....tabla ra ug nagbayad cla ug mga amerikano
    nga gamay ang sweldo..hehe...
