well, i tried a few laxatives like biguerlai, kankunis, and kancura tea. i didn't exactly lose weight but dili jud pud hinuon ko constipated. Kaso, sakit lang jud hinuun imung tiyan kay mag-lbm man jud ka.

sa slimming pills, i tried Ballerina and Lightsome. I consumed about 2 boxes per brand. wala effect ang ballerina sa ako. Ang Lightsome, wala nako na-notice because i discontinued using it kay nadaut man ang anak ni Joey Marquez.

Ang pinaka-effective methinks is the Bangkok Pills. Naa man gud sha permethrine which is a very powerful appetite suppressant. Included sa set are fat burners and cleansing agents which will make you eliminate waste without the usual cramps associated with slimming teas. Sa akong nahibal-an, 2 weeks lang you will lose more than 10 lbs. Mamayat jud ka kay dili man ka ganahan mukaon plus paspas kau imu metabolism.

i heard some says na ang slimming pills kay na.a daw na side effect and some pills may lead to cancer daw i juz heard it but not that sure na makacause ug cancer ang slimming pills but im sure that na.a jd ni xa side effect

in my opinoin the slimming tea and pills are basically useless... tea in general has caffine na maka increasae ug metabolism and also all kinds of tea comes from one plant.. it's the process that differs.. , naa ko na basahan about slimming pills that goes something like this, " slimming pills are useless.. becaue if naai pill daw na mo truly work then gamay nalang gud mga 'tambok' di ba? but it's the opposite.. more and more people daw are getting unhealtier by the day"... maka bantay ko purag mao2x bitaw iya gi inogn

asa ni nga chinese store kanang sa may sm appliance? gusto ko mo try ani. di ka magka stomach cramps ani? thanks

DXN ako gamit sa una pero la man ko ni lose ug weight tapos mahal pa kaayo. after 2 boxes ni undang na ko. try sad ko bioslim pero 2x ra ko nigamit ni undang na ko kay mura ug LBM man nuon ko tapos mag stomach cramps pa jud. sakit.

ballerina works for me.. appetite loss lang xa para nako.. no LBM's
