Hi guys,

Helping out a friend here... Nag post na siya sa PEx na forum since Manila iyang concern but maybe naa moy kaila or naa moy ma refer/recommend.

I'm looking for an Apartment/Condo/Room/Dorm for rent in Quezon City most preferably near Cubao MRT

Budget is Php4-8k per month. Semi or Fully furnished (bed, cabinets, dining area, kitchen). With own shower. A place where I can both do the laundry and cook. Safety and security also a plus. And I prefer if located on higher floors.
