    What do you do after a training at the gym to relieve the tension of your muscles?

    Often in the gym you can overdo it and then feel the muscle tension. I do a lot of crossfit and that happens to me a lot. I've tried all the tips I could find on the Internet. To be honest, not many of them work. I know for sure that you can't take a long break between workouts. My best solution was to buy cbn online. I dab my skin with this oil after my workouts and it makes me feel better.

    after gym.... kaon... bitaw oie.. serious.. kaon gud ako buhaton kay mao daw ang best time mo kaon ug protein kay mas kusog mo absorb sa lawas, p.s. before ug after workout mag stretching man ko para pang iwas maol..
