Guys do you have any idea how to speed up to lower the elevated SGPT. OK man tanan test pati complete profile sa dugo pero elevated pa gihapon. I dont drink anymore.
Any food or diet should I take or do perhaps?

any food rich in potassium such as bananas.
I once had very elevated SGPT, around 72 ( i forgot the highs and lows)
My cardiologist prescribed a korean manufactured medicine.. godex i think... (smells gross too)
I dont know if it was the medicine of something else, but my sweat was somewhat yellowish and oily then i take it.
I also did PRT during that time (despite the doctor's warning of enlarged heart)
Now, its within normal range.

ESSENTIALLE FORTE dude
Strenuous exercise can affect SGPT test results. For this reason, avoid strenuous exercise just before having this test done. If you have cirrhosis of the liver or Hep C, these can raise the blood level too. Mas maayo to ask ur doctor for more tests of why it is still high. You may have stopped drinking but the damage is done already. Hopefully not but dont wait kay, if ur liver is "sick" slow baya na mo regenerate. Watch what u eat also. Avoid aspirin, or blood thinners, such as aspilet and tylenol/acetaminophen, ibuprofen, this helps destroy liver tissues.
stop ug drinking mga bisag unsang herbals dira....
Are herbals causing high SGPT? What particular herbal brand? Please enlighten me.Originally Posted by Zirv
