    Default Bad Experience in dealing with CP technician @ JUNREX CELLSHOP AYALA..


    I have a problem with my SAMSUNG I9003 phone regarding the back touch sensor.. Dli na jud mo function ang back, but ang home button and everything else ok ra.. So I go to the SAMSUNG CELL SHOP AYALA to inquire their repair section pero wala na daw cla service center sa Samsung sa Ayala to conduct repair. So gi refer ko sa JUNREX kay authorized shop pud kuno sila sa SAMSUNG...

    Heres the conversation. (10 am, Feb. 26,2012 sunday)

    ME: Boss, ipa ayo ko ni ako phone kay guba ang back touch sensor, bacn maayo ra ni if i upgrage ang Firmware ug gingerbread.

    TECHNICIAN: I try nako ug upgrade ang FW Sir, basin maayo ra ni. Pero ma erase imo tanan data. But if hardware or touch pad ang problema, mag ilis jud ta ana Sir..

    ME: Pila man magasto Boss?

    TECHNICIAN: 1 hundred ra ang upgrade Sir if dli maayo ang back, but if maayo, 500 ang bayad Sir. If mag ilis ka ug touch panel, mga 4k plus ang magasto Sir.. Mo text ra ko nimo Sir sa imo Sun nga number regarding sa update. Balik lang 12noon or 1pm.

    ME: Ok BOSS, balik ra ko mga 1pm. (so nilaag ko kad****)

    AT 3:00 PM, nibalik ko sa Shop to be sure nga na trabaho na jud to ako phone.

    ME: I present the claim stub sa incharge, then nigawas ang technician.

    TECHNICIAN: Sir ni text ko sa imong Sun. Naingnan ba tika nga mawala imong tanang data kung mag upgrade?

    ME: Never jud ko naka receive sa imong message sa akong SUN nga Sim.. (Sa Smart diay nga sim niya na send, katong sim nga gitangtang sa akong gipaayo nga phone). Ok BOSS ako lang hulaton. Mga around 4:30 PM Nahuman pero wala jud naayo.

    TECHNICIAN: Sir ako na na upgrade pero guba jud iya touch pad.. Ako gi try ug taod ang spare nga touch pad unya ni function man iya back button.. Pero duna na to tag iya ang spare nga touch panel Sir.. Kung pataod ka kay mag order pa ta.

    ME: So ma deposit diay ni ako phone ug dugay Boss? Pila pud magasto?

    TECHNICIAN: Ingon ana jud Sir. Sayop diay to ako qoute ganina nga 4k plus. Mga 8k plus diay magasto Sir. . Pila diay imo palit ani nga phone sauna Sir?

    ME: Mahala gud touch pad Boss. 19, 900 ako palit ani sauna ako phone Boss.. Kung mao na palit nalang ko brandnew around 17 k ra cguro or 2nd hand naa ka makuha mga 12k.. So I pay the upgrade fee amounting 100 pesos then I go home...

    MONDAY : FEB 28, 2012 9:44 PM. Someone had texted. mao ni iya number. 09239104995. heres the message:

    " Gud Pm Sir. Dli nimo ibaligya imo Galaxy SL I9003 nga guba ug touchscreen kay ug baligya nimo, paliton nako ug 3 tawsan ako nlang palit ug touch panel"

    ME: Wala jud ko ni reply mao dri nalang nako gi post ako sentiments.... Anyway bisan guba ni ug back, gamit ghapon kaayo ni nako.

    If gusto ka samsung gyud mo fix adto sa jones nga service center kay directly operated nas samsung. Sa sm ok rasad pero sa junrex na sila but so far they do a better job. Mahal gyud ng replacement kay screen assembly man gud ang ilisan dili kay capacitive buttons ra. Maka email pud ka sa samsung kung pila anf actual material cost sa i9003 nga screen. I cant recall if superamoled bana but if dili bararo rana dapat basin dili kaabot 4k.

    Ang LCD Unit sa SGS-SCL i9003 kay tag 5K kapin raman... I've replaced mine by myself because wa jud koy salig...

    nice kamao gud!!! same man sa lappy sa akong mama!! 44k+ ang pagkapalit nya naguba nag MOBO... then g adto sa service center nila 60k man pangayo kay orderon pa daw... pag ka bogo ba ani nila.. e palit nalang nako og brand new!!!
    pun-an lang nako og gamay para ma duha kay tag 30k+ naman lang... kita pagani cla sa resebo kong pila...

    Dli na mo function ang back touch sensor sa touch panel but everything is ok.. So i used the home button to exit the program kay dli nako ma back.

    Nikatag ang "stuck" pixels...

    Kanang pixel nga puti ra jud pirme bah... ambot ngano toh. Gi-ihap nako mga 16 kabuok nigawas.

    wa naman koy warranty kay nag CM7 ko sa SGS-SCL..
