RULES OF THE CONTEST
(yes there are rules and you HAVE to follow them)

READ THIS
1. Photo must be any forms of PHOTO JOURNALISM
2. You may enter ONLY 1 Photo.
3. No inappropiate photos!
4. To vote just type in the number of the photograph you would want to vote.
5. deadline of submission of entries is 11:59PM October 31, 2010.
6. voting date is from November 1 - November 15, 2010 (11:59PM).
7. the entry of the most number of votes will win, and the photograph will be featured in this thread (this is the bragging rights haha)
8. PP is included, pero over PP is DQ'ed
9. I will randomly pick 15 users for the judges (I will ensure those who will be joining the said contest would not be included in the "random" judges)
10. only the votes of the random judges would be tallied.
11. NO WATERMARKS AND SIGNATURES PLEASE
