if you really want to register your business and to make it all legal.

1. adto ka dti prepare at least 3 business name (P165 or something pero mura they change na the rates kay naa new ruling re bus name registration) (photocopy at least two gov't id not sure ani)
2. have your cedula ready and photocopy this para sa bgry business permit.
3. go to brgy where you plan to set up a business and get a brgy business clearance, in your case sa inyo ra na brgy. (fee depends on type of business, min of P500 ata)
4. process your mayor's permit.
4.1 house/office/store sketch
4.2 photocopy dti n brgy business permit.
4.3 certification that you are going to use your house therefore walay rent. (ang mo signed is ang tag-iya sa house, meaning kung kinsa to ang nakaregister na name sa house permit). kung mag renta mag submit of official lease contract indicating monthly rental.

5. pag ok na ang mayor's permit. go to bir. photocopy your rent waiver (im not sure unsa ang term ana), dti papers. (fee is 500 registration tapos naa pay laing 500 i forgot what for). bring at least 2 books of account, kanang journal/ledger na mapalit sa national bookstore.

BE PREPARED SA ALWAYS TAAS NA LINYA

you can only get a permit to print an official receipt if you are already registered with bir, laing gasto na sad ng pagpahimo ug official receipts.

kung dili official naay daghan sa national bookstore na receipt stubs, pili lang ka design.

If ur asking about legal req., penfires just enumerated a good set of steps.

Have u considered your product and market? Make sure that u are located in a good place where there is high customer traffic and less competition. Think about your competitive edge sad. What makes you different compared to the other businesses that have the same product as you.

Agreed....anyone can do the admin to become legal....but the success rate of being successful and sustainable for self supporting a family...

is low.

Also not many know how to manage the expansion and how to stay competitive...

Learn everything you can and study and work hard. CUSTOMERS CONSUMERS come #1 to satisfy. Not how much money you want to make or it will not work.

if you have any 2 of the three....the final comes easy. In business HUMAN CAPITAL is very valuable when starting up a company with zero capital. Entrepreneurs usually are zero capital masters.
