Internet Service and Product - Are we getting what wev'e paid for?, do our ISP give what they promised?, is there any law that cover this?

on topic: para nako im not getting what i paid for. naa jud times nga manikas ni sila, mukalit lang hinay amo net then mu check ko bandwidth namo pirting hinaya... at least half sa amo expected bandwidth.. and there are times pud nga murag dial up ang speed (sometimes less than dial up!!!!) ... plan 999 here (PLDT)

one thing i really hate is that kana jung ila gi offer nindot kaayo unya after pila ka days mo kalit lag likoy.... may tana ang bayran pud nato mu likoy pa ubos ang presyo dili raba...

BTW im not whinning im just asking opinion wether we are getting what wev'e paid for....

bro, you need to compare prices from other countries to see if you are getting ripoff or not..

here's mine: flat rate-25 euro a month, phone (inland landline free) & internet, mobile internet

Naa jud mga instances nga muhinay ang connection or mawala then ang response sa ISP ka pirting dugaya mamuti nalng imong mata.

i dont know sa city pero usual nakong madunggan kay sa bukid2x na man nga barangay
