    Default how to sleep peacefully?


    any advice on how to sleep peacefully? i can't get enough sleep nowadays, either i'm awake the whole night or i wake up at the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep.

    likayi ang caffeine every time padong nka mo sleep...try to drink milk...ug ayaw ug cge katolog sa adlaw....hope this will help....sometime pud ang cause kay daghan kaayo kag gihuna huna, try to avoid that na inig sleep nimo as in wla kay huna hunaon...

    correct. don't think too much when u'r in bed. turned off the lights and drink milk. it'll help u.

    mau jud akong problema egpiyong na gani nako sa akong mata daghan kaayo ko ug huna hunaon. kung makatulog sad ko schedule jud na mumata ko ug alas 4 para mangihi dili na dayon ko katug ug balik. unsa bay vitamins nga emnun para makatug ug tarong?

    try SLEEPWELL ( melatonin ) or ITERAX

    they are all safe to use

    empty your mind if musleep naka...sakto cla.. drink milk before going to bed.. or you can do the "thing" bro before going to bed...

    naay bago findings ang internet addiction kung gabie maka insomnia..tinuod ba kaha ni

    ako kay pa stress jud ko pag ayo para maka sleep...mao to ganiha nice kaayu akong sleep hehehehe
