Hello guys! If you know a good school in Cebu for foreigners who wants to learn English can you please post here. My friend who is a Japanese wants to learn English in Cebu for three months. I need the name, the site(if they have), telephone number, courses they offer and your comment about that school. Another thing if you also can recommend any dorms that is near the school that will be posted. Pls guys... I am not from Cebu so i need you help. Thanks a bunch!

CPILS ang pinaka reputable pero puno na sila permi. pareho ra man mga maestra sa mga ESL schools; magkadeperensya lang sa facilities and curriculum.
