my brod runs a boarding house in lapu-lapu. It might sound far, but if you take the ferry boat, then take the jepney/taxi, i believe you will just commute to IT park in 30 minutes. You might be able to save in the long run since the rent is only 2,500/room. Once you reach the Opon port, it is just a 2 minute walk to the place.

girl ka if ganahan ka TALISAY i have a house rented ako ra usa stay ako pa rentan ang usa ka room with bed cabinet small table and aircon own shower and toilet. and you can use the kitchen.....3000
