Hey, I will be working home in a graveyard shift yet I wanna hear everyone here who's under in the same ship the experiences, tips and issues while working in night shift job.
To all moms what are the beauty regimen that won't look us very stressful and tired.

eventually your body will get used to it... lisod jud mag-night shift if dili ka anad... but believe me, it will give you more time to be with your family...

wala koy masuggest nga beauty regimen coz lahi2x man ang reaction sa body... as long as you still get enough sleep, try to sleep kung pwede musleep then eat healthy... don't drink too much coffee to keep you awake, it's not good...

then maayo gani home based imo job so kaya ra kaayo na nimo...

i had worked at home for 2 years graveyard shift before, wa jud naanad ako body.
i quit when i gave birth to my 3rd baby kay mura'g di na kaya.
bydway, my kids aged 2-3 at that time. di ko kapahuway kay ig buntag when human nako sa ako work, sigean man ko'g lukso2x sa bed. mao cranky lang ko sige. tungod sa ka-cranky, dali kaayo ko mairita sa akong mga anak, ug mashagitan jud kay di kapoy baya ka.

it's okay ra baya. but after ni quit ko sa job, naka realize ko nga lahi ra jud ang imong pahuway kon gabii ka matulog. so mura'g never na jud ko mobalik sa graveyard nga shift unless no choice.

ang usa nako ato nga problem is that i take calls nya naay mokalit mata nga bata or mohilak nga bata, nya di mohilom unless ako ang motagad sa ilaha. mao gyud to makasamot stress nako.

anyhoo, whatever happens, ang mga mama maka manage ra man jud.

most night-shift job bro provides greener pasture for the family... it may be unhealthy emotionally for the children but it's the only way to give them their needs...
