Hi all,

I and 2 other friends are looking for a room or apartment (or maybe small house) for rent. Our budget is from 6-8K. The 3 of us all work in different call centers and have been connected with our work for more than 2 years now, so you can rest assured that we won't bail out when it comes to rent.

We're looking for any space within the following areas:

- Lahug
- along Gorordo Avenue
- Mabolo
- Mango (Redemptorist area)
- Apas

a few things:

- the place should have no curfew
- should be peaceful during the day since we work at night
- should be safe
- must have own CR and/or kitchen if possible
- open to visitors
- has aircon if possible

hi there, got a pad in guadalupe lang particularly near jollibee banawa.........safe and clean, 2 rooms , one cr. with kitchen and sala, naa na ref, semi furnished , its around 12k.....much better if one to two persons lang but three will do bsta dle lang complicated and ka usa ra bayad, koz this is not a lodging house, silbi kamo na mag bayad bayad but one person lang ako i-deal....you can call me 2361531 look for Fairy or 09228989589 since Im not usually active here in Istorya...
