Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any behavioral science course
- Has obtained at least 24 units / half of course requirement post-graduate studies in Industrial Psychology or Business Administration
- At least three (3) years management experience in the area of training and development
- Excellent moderating / facilitating skills
- Skilled at designing training modules, conducting training needs analysis
- Knowledgeable in training management systems
- Confident and comfortable with and in front of people
- Computer literate- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as Operations/Project/Business Manager in a BPO setting
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels
- Excellent analytical skills, assertiveness and pro-activeness
- Ability to lead and motivate staff and foster a team-working environment
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
- Computer literate- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
