Harbor City again ...... and if u want the GHETTO cheap place for better than HARBOR City STEAMED RICE ..... that one stall in front of JY Square open after midnight if im not wrong .

The best Dimsum place in Cebu right now is LAI GARDEN... in crossroads. Fresh dimsum gyud... unlike harbour city nga luto na daan and igo lang i-init balik. PLUS it's really really CHEAP!

Really? I love dimsum. I'll go check that place st@rr, its near our workplace. As of the moment, Harbor City and the dimsum restaurant near SM Bowling center are my faves.

yes, try it... If you want authentic dimsum, not the commercialized one, LAI GARDEN is the place

I think P35 ra ilang dimsum... I forgot exactly gyud pila but I'm sure cheap gyud sila.

There's TIN GOW at waterfront... lami sad but not affordable.
