It is just like your informal "ending" na tayaan sa basketball.
Most of these are mom and pop operations. No licenses.

Jueteng is bigger and more organized.
The people who bet in Jueteng thinks it is absolutely legal.
The people who bet in Jueteng do not think it is immoral.
The people who bet in Jueteng seem to think they have a fair chance of winning.

The only thing wrong with Jueteng is the government does not "officially" benefit from Jueteng through official taxation.

Realistically, Jueteng is something many people enjoy.
People are not forced to participate.
    They volunteer to bet.

    Cockfighting is legal.
    Jueteng should be legal.

Erap is in house arrest because of the SSS funds he abused by ordering the president of the SSS to buy BW shares low and unload when high, then keep the profits to themselves.

That is the big plunder case against him when the SSS president turned state witness.

There is nothing wrong with it when you make something out it , something like it would be beneficial but again .... taxing it is shady kay masangit gyud ug what I meant was like as example, let PAGCOR monitor and take charge of it ..... as long as naay guidelines . Remember JAI-ALAI ? It has guidelines kay naay dula gyud then came MASIAO ... mao na ang illegal .
