Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of any IT-related course
• At least 6 months experience working in a contact center environment
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience at a high volume, fast paced technology help desk in a problem-solving capacity
• Experience with documenting tickets in an incident tracking system
• Experience working in a diverse team setting, and a track record of success
• Extensive work experience within own function
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products, Windows XP, Outlook, remote control tools, VPN, and Networking
• Proven ability to work towards individual and team targets
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated successful time management skills
• Ability to work independently
