Just wondering if there's a BAN if you reached a number of companies that you went AWOL from.

Just wondering if there's a BAN if you reached a number of companies that you went AWOL from.
Just a thought. Does it really exert a lot of effort to formally resign? I have seen a lot of people do that for unknown if not for simple reasons.
I don't think there's a ban. Just pray the company you currently have an active application with won't call the previous company where you went AWOL. They do that sometimes and that complicates a lot of things.

nag AWOL ko kai naa man sa contract kung mo hawa/resign ko mo bayad ko sa bond.
pero kung ako ang pa hawaon/terminate sa company.. walay bayad
AWOL = termination
before pud ko nag AWOL .. naa na nako start date sa pikas company

Pero ako, nag-AWOL pod.
Reason: nilaag ko sa SG on a fully paid vacation. Pero kita og job after two weeks. I tried to apply for a formal leave. OK akong amo pero dili ok ang main HR. Kagwang ang among main HR! AWOL dajon!

AWOL will leave a stain on your credentials...and you will be terminated from your employment... Dili AWOL ang term ana once nga ig ask sa HR to HR but termination due to AWOL...
If naka AWOL ka once,, then just tell your employer honestly unsai rason...if valid then they might accept it..if not... Goodluck...
If more than one imong AWOL sa lain-laing company..then it simply implicates you are not a good employee...
Better file a resignation rather than taking the risk of leaving the company without formal notice...
some companies can file Legal Damages if it stated on the contract... sometimes AWOL is not a good idea... they train you and spend something they will consider that as lost profit therefore damaging to the company... i used to worked on a company who file a legal suit to anyone who wen AWOL... thats why wala nalang ko ni AWOL...
before going to AWOL check you contract!!
