I'm talking about public IP....
OT: ako no block akong access from my house computer sa Linkedin.com. has this something do do with my IP sad?
Check first kung clean ang mga units sa imo network.
Kung wa na compromised inyo units next step.
kung na compromise na format sa mo.
Static or dynamic ip ka?
kung static
check kung unsa classing block ug kinsa list ila higamit mugawas man sa page.. then try adto sa site para mu request ka na unblock imo ip. then mu reply man na sila then kung block gihapon.. tawag sa pldt para i tranfer ka ug lain segment.
Kung dynamic
try lng tawag sa pldt kung pwede ka i transfer to lain na segmnet.
use proxy or vpn.
If your IP is blocked the only way is to clean the reputation of your email.
Making an alternative will only make it worse, like using different IP.
remember that the assigned IP should be the IP who is allowed to send an email in behalf of your company, most email firewall client are checking for dns response otherwise an impersonation will happen and it will make your email reputation worse than it is right now.
imho
The worst thing is if your IP is being blocked by those RBL sites... its really hard to reset the reputation because your need to justify it from the recipient firewall.
use this for checking
Cisco IronPort SenderBase Security Network
MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox
Hope this one help
Add..
It is not the website who are blocking the email, it is their Email Filtering System or Email Firewall.
Ironport, Barracuda or MailFoundry etc...
having an SPF, DKIM or OpenDKIM will surely help your email reputation.
I suggest you start from this.
imho

rbl sites usually requires the isp to do the request for unblocking. And with PLDT such request it takes time (not weeks) unless your company has a big account with them and you have your own account manager to nag and the paper work to go with it (letter from IT head, signed by your legal, and authorization from your president).
They will transfer you to a different segment for companys that run their own mail servers or let you use one of their smtp servers.
Another alternative is letting google or yahoo host your mail.
Once unblock you have to make sure that all your network computers are clean and won't be infected and used as spam agents so that your ip will not be listed again.
