take it on the 5th day of ur mentrual cycle..example...first day sa mens karon..so take one on the 17th...17th is tuesday....sa likod sa tablets naa nay days...itunong pd sa tuesday...then follow d arrows

pag paprescribe na lang sa doctor kay klase klase ra ba ang side effects ana....or maybe you can ask free pills from health center sa inyo baranggay or sa inyo district hospital and naa ra man info ana didto... dapat manigurado kay kay lisod na....dungag na pud sa population...hehehehe...peace!

browse the net for contraindications of taking those so dili masayang if mopalit ka daan nya dili ra diay suited for u. go over its adverse reactions too so you would know what to expect. or u can always go to the nearest pharmacy, buy the cheapest brand (<50 pesos ra man siguro) then read thru the drug literature so you would have an idea. basically, parehas raman na ug content ila drug lit. price range is P<50 - 550.... u chose

not everybody is "hiyang" to birth control pills, i suggest u get professional help so u can explore ur options. no contraceptive method is fool-proof, either.

there is diane 35, nordiol, trinordiol, femenal, depo-provera oral, etc. but the most popular i think is diane 35 coz maka nindot daw ug skin.

i personally don't recommend it for my wife coz i am not yet convinced about its safety.
