guys, dili ko sure inganing pots kay ang akong pinsan sa states, mubakasyon diri. karon, shes gonna bring a vonage phone or adapter something kay pwede raw yan gamitin sa broadband to make free calls sa states. pwede kaya tong connection ko sa ganyang service, i only have globe 384kbps. basin ma-charge ko if gamiton na diri.

it is fairly easy to setup... but since they have different VOiP routers, it would be hard to go thru on a step by step basis...

VoiP uses TCP/IP packets to transport your conversations, so no, they won't charge you for long distance charges. The ISP (globe) may have some ports blocked for VoiP, however, so you may need to consult with them to be sure.

vonage's ports are very common, just let him/her bring the router and plug it into your router and it will run.
