DSL connection requirement for home based call center agents

Ask ta ko sa mga home based VA, CSR, Sales or TSR diri.
Unsa inyo connection requirement? Nahan ta ko mo switch na to home based in a few months.

Also if outbound sales, skype paid account ra ang magamit for outbound?

Might I point out, that pay depends on what type of job (working homebased and I'm happy to say dako kaayo difference sa akong sweldo kato cvg pa ko)

2mbps is fine, mag depende sa client if unsa speed ila prefer, noticed some clients nga go ug 1.5 - naa gani uban mo game ug 1mbps as long as stable and DSL gamit.

- some clients offer the software for calling, some require you to have your own..

My ONLY advice is be VERY VERY PATIENT. Bisag unsa ka taas imo experience - mag agad gihapon na ang clients sa imo referrals or feedback from other clients. (dili dali ipangita ug client) start with a lower rate and work your way to the top.

most homebased projects require at least 2mbs internet. if you don't live in an area with such infrastructure, di gyud ka kakuhag assured nga 2mbs. better make sure you live near IT park or right downtown/uptown cebu city.
