ako mas angay ko sa pills kaysa sa depo... kung depo ko mag spotting ko for the whole 3 months... sauna kadto nagpabreastfeed ko ang akong gamit kay depo...

the difference bet. the pills and depo, ang pills is every day jd nimo it take and kinahanglan daw kung what time ka ning take sa imong 1st pill jd mao pod na time ka mu take sa next pills nimo... ang depo kay dili naka maproblema kay for the whole 3 months protective ka... angay angay raman kay naa uban maangay sa depo ang uban dili pod... pariha nako dili ko maangay sa depo kay mag spot ko...

tried depo... shot every 3 months then wala gyud period wala pod imo *** drive, dry kau feeling mura virgin ,usik lubricant! bloated always,then if schedule nimo mens for the month kay naa gihapon cramping. Gain weight a lot if dili mag-diet. dry skin, acne, mood swings. Never tried pills....
