i think microwarehaouse is the authorized distributor of palm here in cebu but dili sila mo repair ug unit...I have treo600 na bali ang antenna and called microwarehaouse for antenna replcement, but they referrd me to palm online...plam said they dont have any antenna replcement but instead they will replace my unit with a refurbished one with a matching US$165...thats 8k+ in pesos... (WHEW!!!) told palm customer service that i dont need a new or refurbished unit but only antena and they want me to pay 8k..too bad. I think this is the only problem with palm...they dont have spare parts forthier products...

On the positive side, if your unit is under warranty, they will replace it immediately (within 30days upon purchased) and if within 1 year upon purchased they will replace it with refurbished one (looks like new though)...ypu will only pay the shipping cost going to manila...

Palm replaced my unit twice already with the same problem "DEAD PIXEL" on the screen...
