China based company.....Be aware China does not have stringent E-commerce laws unlike EU/US. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!...I'm sure theirs a good reason why they are not allowed to sell in EU/US....contact A&S Power Supply Co.,Ltd-Power Supply, Battery and Inverter

Better pay more for known quality brands and have a peace of mind, IMHO.
