Possible overheating issue or Power Supply problem... this would be my first impressions. Anyway, could you give us more details...

Basin virus na or a command mga bro kai ingon siya reboot man so naka sulod jud diay sa windows....

Just to make sure of the problem, run a diagnostics program on the unit. Some PCs have this in the bios when booting up. during the initial boot up, you know the logo shows, hit F2 or F10 maybe even F12. It all depends on the model of the machine. once in the screen you will get a menu, one of which is a diagnostics option. select it and run a quick diagnostics.
