Emergency Maintenance: Upgrade Backend and Software - 01/06/2015

Hello,

I have upgraded the backend and vBulletin due to some security vulnerabilities. Since this was an emergency update, I didn't have enough time to test the software prior to implementing it to the site. If you notice anything that's not working as intended, please feel free to post it here so I can fix it.

The only little thing i noticed is that ang favicon karon kay lahi na.
Last time kay ang "i" to sa iStorya. Karon kay ang logo man sa vBulletin ang nigawas.
