bro just to be safe just go to sonnyericsson at ayala. they charge 500 pesos for a new upgraded firmware

Latest firmware when I last checked on the SE site was CDA162005/6 R4A10. Actually the SE site provides help on HOW TO UPGRADE. Just make sure that you make a BACK-UP PRIOR to making the update.
The update is easy-to-do, just make sure you have a back-up done. Read along the SE site for further help. If in doubt, ask the experts (markyap & others here)
