Trivia: Smart Prepaid 64k3 vs Smart Addict Prepaid(also 64k)

TRIVIA QUESTION:

why is it that Smart Prepaid 64k3 sim is still 95% more sellable or in demand than Smart Addict Prepaid 64k sim?

considering price is the same(P140 sa gizmo), features mas marami ang addict.

with addict you get mms content and gprs features easier and also cheaper. airtime rates and txt rates are the same.

advertisment ng addict mobile is very where.
we hardly see any 64k3 ads anymore.

yet why do people still go for 64k3 and not the addict prepaid?

maybe some people here can enlighten us

Hmmm.... maybe because alot of subscribers dont really use mms or download mms content. Most smart subscribers stil dont have mms capable phones. I guess that's one BIG factor considering that we are a nation where the Lower class is significantly HIGH. In the market, Only Class A and B can afford new phones every 2-6 months while Class C, D, and E (?) still use the lower end models.

but value for money, addict sim is priced the same but with lower price per use on VAS. assuming they dont use VAS, then it sudnt matter dapat diba? it sud sell more ang addict dapat then. or the same amount.

could the black container be a factor? ma intimidated mu kuha ang mga tao? mas alive ang color sa 64k3 sim na container?

mark, can you load ba a smart prepaid card to an addict sim? if not maybe that would be the factor.. similar to globe preferred over touch mobile. because touch mobile's prepaid card is not so easy to find

but the thing with TM and globe is that the service prices are cheaper with TM and TM sim is cheaper.

are you asking if the scratch card sa smart be used sa addict sim?
is so then the answer is a big yes. it uses the same network, same scratch card to load, same eload, etc. only difference i notice is the addict prepaid mas easier ang VAS or access to mms content also cheaper i think.

ahh i c coz what i know is that ang touch mobile cant use a globe prepaid scratch card im not sure lang ha regarding prepaid load etc.

yes globe and tm use diff cards to load them.
but addict and 64k3 use the same.
halin gani kaayo ang tm and globe sims.
pero ang addict gilawalawa na diri only 64k3 sells.

siguro , dili pud aware ang public regarding ana. That AMP and SMART are the same but in a differeant package lang. THey are basically the same. exept lang jud sa mms downloads. cheaper ang AMP. Maybe you should ask your customers when they buy the 64k3 sim in your store, mark.

Well it's the same reason why 3310 is still selling.. I agree with chanbri, most people don't even use the mms. Some people buy high end cellphones without using all it's features. I have people asking me how to use the cam on their Nokia xxxx models and surf the net withit.
