House has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilet and bath, kitchen, has an attic where you can use as maid's quarter or extra room, 1 parking slot and a small terrace.
Furniture's are not included but the room and kitchen has a built in cabinet.
This house is new and we decided to have it for rent since no one is using.
Ideal for family since the place is quiet and safe, subdivision has also a security guard.
House is located at Hidden View Subdivision Brgy Bacayan, near Villa Leyson, Villa Del Rio and Pristina North.
For viewing purposes, I am available on weekends and before 12 noon on weekdays.
Monthly rental is 10k and 6 months renewable contract.

wala sir. pro naa pa ang bed ngadto pro baligya namo. wla jd kaau ni na gamit ky wlay ni stay sa balay.
