    Default convergys payroll concern - pls help!


    Hi Itoryans !! I hope you guys can help us Mangutana lang ta ko if mao ba jud ning gi buhat sa convergys sa tenured employees. I got hired last may 14, 2013 and ang ako contract kay salaried ang pay scheme. Just to give an overview, If salaried ang pay scheme kay i get to receive fixed amount every month. Pagpalit sa CVG sa stream last year, gi change amo payscheme same sa stream which is hourly. Karon ra ko ka realize nga naay disadvanatages (after almost a year lol) ang hourly which is the following:


    - Pag mag change ang ako schedule from everning to morning (transition), no choice ko but to work more kay ang mahitabo d man ko ma sweldohan if i extend nila ako restday to 3 days. instead ako restday 1 1/2 day ra which is di na mao ang naa sa ako contract


    - Karong hourly ko pag ang holiday mo fall sa restday, wala na me 100% premium kay wala man me ni work kay no work no pay man ang hourly. Ang ingon sa labor code nga dapat naay premium so i'm not sure if underpaid ba jud kami. correct me if im wrong.


    - sa una real time amo sweldo, unya pag switch namo to hourly gi utang nila og 5 days and amo sweldo which doesnt meet the contract again nga ako gi pirmahan last 2013.


    - gi pro rate nila amo 13th month pay last february og 42 days using our previous basic pay without the merit increase if ni perform ka that year so in short murag naka tipid sila kay ila gi advance ang amo 13th month pay


    My questions are the following:


    1. Mao ba ni ang gibuhat sa convergys or are we tricked?
    2. Nipirma me og sign-off sheet last february and I'm thinking of escalating this to DOLE for consultation. My 2nd question is enough na ba tong sign off sheet to change the payscheme on the contract?
    3. If mu resign me midyear unya salaried me sa amo contract, considered ba me nga underpaid kay wala ni meet ang ila gi sweldo namo sa amo basic basing on the contract I signed last 2013?

    Hi Motyok. Wala may date mu end ako contract. Dili sya probationary or need to renew. Ang ako lang ba kay murag di jud mu work ang hourly if regular employee ang agent. Mu work ra ang hourly if hourly jud ka mu trabaho and free to leave ka if you want to.

    e review daw imo contrata, kay diha man gud ta mag daog gud. tan-awa daw iyang probation period or termination sa contract.

    wala may gibutang nga termination sa contract unless kanang mga fraud and so on. by the way regular na me and ang pag switch sa cvg to hourly kay lisod kaau
