Unsay basic requirements ninyo? I mean like design lead time (pila ka months ang hatag ninyo), animations (if preffered), static ba ang site or dynamic ( with database nga kanang pwede mo log in/log out ang users), etc...

No registering and logging of users. Just plain web brochure of a real estate business. Minimal animation preferred. Static only.
